We’ll explore:
✨ Why worry shows up — not as a threat, but as a habit of the mind trying to prepare, control, or protect. Worry often arises when we feel responsible for everything but in control of very little.
✨ How to recognise where worry is draining your energy — not in loud panic, but in subtle ways: constant overthinking, second-guessing yourself, imagining worst-case scenarios, or endlessly needing to “just check” something.
✨ What it looks like to stop spiralling in worry and start softening it — by bringing awareness to the loop, creating separation from it, and choosing grounded action or stillness instead.
Then, through a calming Reiki visualisation, Alice will guide you to energetically release the weight of worry — helping your nervous system reset and your thoughts return to the present moment.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more in charge of your energy – mentally & emotionally— with practical calm you can carry into everyday life.
