• A talk from Alice on recognising and releasing fear

• Reflective journalling exercise — showing you where fear is showing up & why

• Q&A

• 30–40 minute guided Reiki Visualisation to release fear from your mind and energy body

• A take-away micro action to support you throughout the month

We’ll explore:

 Why fear shows up — often disguised as hesitation, procrastination, overthinking, or control. Fear isn’t always loud — sometimes it’s just the quiet voice keeping us small.

 Where fear is draining your energy — through patterns like avoiding decisions, fearing judgment, holding yourself back, or bracing for worst-case scenarios.

 How to stop reacting from fear and start meeting it with clarity — by separating from the fear loop, connecting to calm, and choosing grounded action (or stillness) instead.

Then, through a calming Reiki visualisation, Alice will guide you to release fear from your nervous system and energy field — helping you return to presence and your own quiet inner strength.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more in command of your energy — mentally and emotionally — with a renewed sense of calm you can carry into everyday life.
