Beyond Regulation is a guided two-week container designed to help you understand how stress moves through the mind–body loop, and learn how to regulate your system so you can return to a state of calm, stability, and emotional clarity.
Across the two weeks, Alice will guide you through a structured process combining insight, emotional regulation practices, and energetic resetting so you can begin to shift out of chronic stress patterns and back into balanced regulation.
